Meet Dylan Jacobson at ValleyCon 2026 in Fargo, October 23 to 25 at the Fargo Air Museum.
Dylan Jacobson is a Midwestern comics writer and illustrator. His debut series Champions takes place in Sioux Falls and kicked off a career of work ranging from print and web to coloring books and pinups. Dylan currently runs two webcomics, Violet 9 and This is My Private Life, and runs everyone’s favorite convention game show, Dylan’s Drink & Draw.
His work has been featured at cryptid festivals and with publishers like Definite Article Comics. Along with comics, Dylan does artist residencies throughout South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa, where he teaches the art of comics.
Dylan’s Drink & Draw is a no-skill-required drawing game show that turns attendees into contestants. Join host Dylan Jacobson and his panel of comics professional judges as you compete to make the most clever artwork across five rounds of five minutes. You do not want to miss this! All supplies and prizes are provided.
Catch Dylan’s Drink & Draw on Friday night, October 23, at Kingpinz. Check the ValleyCon schedule for the time.
